II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."
July 1st
"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment." Matthew 12:36
"For every idle word shall man account." Thus spoke the greatest Teacher ever given to man! It may even stagger you. Yet the sorry fact remains that VIBRATIONAL PATTERNS are set up within our psychic being by the ill or untrue words we use. And these in turn account for much of man's woes and "bad luck."
There is NO "LUCK"! Everything operates according to cosmic LAW: the scales of God are finely balanced. There is no "chance"! Were there to be the slightest trace of even one stray "chance" within the universe, it would soon crack up into chaos! LAW reigns supreme to the utmost reaches of manifestation, and stabs to the innermost core of your being. Yet that LAW which controls your entire life is not arbitrary, neither unfriendly.
YOU are the one who pulls the switch which starts the motor; YOU press the button for the light; YOU ram your hand into the machine which crushes it; YOU are the one who flexes those muscles which catapult you to destruction.
YOU are the one who makes the decision that you will live on "rat poison"; that you will fill your lungs with the poisonous fumes of narcotic weeds; that you will take into the tabernacle created by God Almighty that which is unclean and contaminates – in defiance of its known LAWS! By the time you are fifty, you have had an operation or two, and your doctor bills pile to heaven. Then man moans he has had "bad luck," misfortune and adversity! He has but reaped precisely that which was sown!
