II Corinthians 4:5-7

"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to His throne.
And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days." Revelation 12:5-6

Greetings, my dearly beloved near and far away! How I wish that you might be present with me for awhile, that, perchance, a portion of that joy and absolute assurance which dwells within me, might become rubbed off onto you! It reminds me of a woman student of mine who took a long trip by air in order to spend a few brief moments in my presence. No, it is not my presence that amounts to anything, but rather that understanding and that faith which I have. No, I shall not dwell with you in recounting that woman's problems, but as she was preparing to leave, she took a folded bill out of her purse, placed it on a table, and covered it. As she was leaving, she placed her hand in mine and said, "Money cannot pay for what I have received from you." I believe she meant it for, sometime later when I got around thereto, I picked up that folded bill she covered and found it to be of a denomination bigger than a great many people of our day ever have in their hands.

Whether a person is young or old, short or tall, skinny or fat – those are factors which count for so little. In fact, much education and great learning counts for little; but that which does count for so immensely much is a person's understanding of God's truth and Will for man, and his own proximity to Jesus Christ – that is, just how deeply he has permitted the Lord and Savior to come into his own life. Those are the gloryfactors which really count when it comes to the individual person.

If your Bible is convenient, you might look up chapter 12 in the Book of Revelation (which is the last book in our Bible), from which I will quote a few verses shortly. This time I have in mind to share principally on prophecy: prophecy for our day; prophecy in a general way; perhaps no prophecy for any specific year or time, but just for our time, and that which is close to hand. Usually I speak of that which concerns the individual, or rather how the individual may come in such close contact with Christ our Savior that one's life becomes glorified here on earth in the present time. But now I wish to deal with prophecy in a more general way; that is, events which are to come, and therefore, will not only affect the world in general, but also the individual in particular. As for instance, when World War II broke on the first of September, 1939, the whole world became affected as a consequence thereof, not only at that specific time, but also through the years which have followed. Not only were the nations of Germany and Poland, and later other nations, affected, but also families and individuals whose lands were drastically affected; and even in far off Canada and the United States individual fortunes and lives were also critically affected in a great many instances. In fact, to a considerable extent our way of life was deeply affected by World War II and its aftermath.

That is why I want to talk to you about prophecy in general; that is, the Word of God which declares the details of that which is yet to come. For, as the world at large and nations in particular are going to be affected by such events, that will also imply that individuals will be touched, and many of them seriously affected. Therefore, you should know beforehand of some of these events which are due to take place, in order that you may be prepared for those days. Some people have gone to great expense digging deep shelters to protect them in event of nuclear war. Some people will acquire holdings in some mountain fastness, hoping that there they might survive. But for your information, I personally am not planning to live in any mountain fastness, neither am I having any underground shelter prepared for me. May I let you in on a little secret? Long ago I arranged for my bomb shelter and I carry it with me: it is the very Presence of Christ Jesus my Savior, and His Almighty Hand shadowing over me. I live in the secret place of the Most High, where nothing can touch me: my confidence in that is supreme. And it is my earnest hope that you too may come into the absolute knowledge of the Savior's perpetual Presence here and now, in order that you may know no fear nor worry, having the absolute assurance of God's Almighty Hand upon you, He being your Shield and absolute Protection. To help people into the understanding of the joys of His Kingdom here and now, and the absolute protection of God's Almighty Hand for your every moment of life, I have written the Kingdom Keys study.

Now, from the Revelation prophecies I want to read a few verses from chapter 12:
"She brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God and to His throne" (verse 5).

Now verses 13-14:
"And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent."

In Scripture a woman is used to symbolize the Church of Christ, or that people which God takes unto Himself in order to accomplish a very special work. About 4,000 years ago, God spoke to a certain man by the name of Abram, that he should clear out of Ur of the Chaldees (Gen. 12:1-2) in order to father a peculiar people, which God would use as a "key" people in order to implement His plan for man, so that the descendants of exiled Adam and Eve could again be returned to their lost Edenic estate. Although, as we see it today, those "Chosen People" failed God very dismally, nevertheless, they accomplished that purpose for which God had chosen them. However, because they failed to live up to the highest which God set before them (of that God was well aware beforehand), He decided to take a second people unto Himself in order to accomplish a very special work.

The first people He chose were the descendants of Abram. They were given a geographic location, and a very earthly mission to accomplish; that they did. But because of the limitations of human flesh and the weakness of the carnal mind, a purely earthly people have too great and many limitations to accomplish the utmost of the greatest which God has in mind. Therefore, He decided on a second people to be called out of this world: a people for His Name, a people to whom He would speak that word of power which would instantly transform their earthly bodies into a state of glorification (by that I mean, into a state similar to that which the risen Lord manifested to His disciples following the resurrection). Because people with such glorified bodies do not hunger, neither thirst; because they are not subject to heat or cold; because the things of this world means absolutely nothing to them – because of those factors will they become a people whom God can depend on in absolute totality. Moreover, they will be able to be present but not seen; they will be able to be here, there, or anywhere, seen or unseen, and will be able to wield the power of God at their spoken word. It would be reasonably correct to say that it was in order to make this possible, that Jesus of Nazareth went to Calvary, where He became "the Lamb of God" (Jn. 1:29).

That is what we read about in verse 5, where this woman of verse 4 brought forth a man child. The woman is the organized Church, as we know it here on earth, while the man child she brings forth, which is to rule the world with a rod of iron, is not the organized Church itself, neither its members, but an elect and small group within its membership. I repeat: a small and elect group within it – which in the sight of God is deemed worthy – will hear His call, at which split moment their earthly bodies will be transformed to glorified bodies, and they will take off to meet the Lord high up in the air. That is what the verse refers to by saying that this "man child is caught up unto God and to His throne."

At that time, just previous to the Bridal call-out (or if immediately following is not too certain), the Luciferspirit is cast out of the heavenly realm, and by the power of God will be confined to the atmosphere of this earth. That is the specific meaning of verse 13. Knowing that he can no longer reenter the heavenly realm, with great fury he sets about to persecute the woman which brought forth the man child. That persecution will be of the organized Church of Christ, regardless of what handle that particular church might bear. In other words, all of our organized churches, both Protestant and Catholic.

Then we read in verse 14 how the woman is given two wings of a great eagle, that she may fly into the wilderness, where God is going to keep her for "a time, and times, and a half a time," shielding her from the face of the serpent. Generally speaking, that wilderness represents this world. That verse is to stress to us that although the man child has been taken out of the world, the organized Church itself with the bulk of its membership, still remains in this world, and will be persecuted by the full fury of Lucifer himself. We also see how the woman is to be given two wings of a great eagle to carry her away. Now, as to the organized Church in general, so long as she remains in the world – that is, the wilderness – she has no place to be carried. Therefore, the prophecy of this verse speaks to us of the first, or principle, organized Church – that is, the Church of Rome. Whether or not Protestants like it, the Church of Rome is the mother-church insofar as this world is concerned.

Here the Word of God seems to indicate that this woman – that is, the Church of Rome – is to be given two wings of a great eagle, which carries her into the wilderness. Hear The Voice of Tomorrow: the Beastial forces may come into full power in Italy, taking over the government. They would then plunder the Vatican and burn it to the ground. Just previous to that razing by fire, the Pope, together with his conclave, will be carried by two great aircraft on to American soil. Modern aircraft has two wings. The great eagle of this prophecy is the United States of America. And there will be two giant transports carrying the Pope and those closest to him, to give them refuge on American soil.

Whenever you would see that take place, know for a certainty that there are only 1,260 solar days left of our present age. At the close of our church-age, Christ our Lord will take out of this world a great multitude who, in the language of Scripture, "have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb, and made them white" (Rev. 7:14). Two weeks following that last day of our church-age, Christ our Lord will return with His Church, that is, with the people He has called out of this world. He will return to earth to establish His Kingdom for His earthly Chosen People, and for all other nations who willingly bow themselves to that central government of which Christ is the Head.

I have not been talking to you about that which some future generation is going to see, but I am speaking to you of aweinspiring events which you personally may live to witness, unless you are now staggering along on your last limb. These world-rocking events are so close to hand that most people dare not believe it can be so. But an abundance of prophecies, which has been given me to understand, concur and crisscross in their proof, agreeing that these days are now upon us. That is why you should have the Keys to the Kingdom of God for the here and now, that you may be able to stand when that day comes, as well as to help your fellow man.

If you are a church member, you may have heard time and again that the Church of Christ will be taken out of this world many years before the end. In the clearest of words, I tell you emphatically: that is false teaching. World tribulation entered a great many years back, while its intensified form will not cover more than 3½ calendar years. That is the meaning of verse 14. The elect Church of Christ will remain on earth long enough to see its commencement. They will then start to cry out, "Carest Thou not that we perish?" (Mk. 4:38). That cry by His Church the Lord will hear, and immediately He then calls them out of this world. So soon as they are taken, hell itself lets loose with a bang. Then follows 3½ years of tribulation such as the world has never seen before nor ever shall see again.

Are you to be in that number which is called out? If not, are you able to stand when that day comes? If you are not certain about these matters, I urge you that without delay you send to this publisher for literature which will help you to more fully come into an understanding of that which is in store, and how you personally can draw upon the power of God for every situation here and now. God IS an awesome Reality; Christ is KING of His spiritual Kingdom here and now. What a joy it is to KNOW that His power overshadows you!
