"Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD; say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also furbished: it is sharpened to make a sore slaughter; it is furbished that it may glitter: should we then make mirth? It contemneth the rod of My son, as every tree. And he hath given it to be furbished, that it may be handled: this sword is sharpened, and it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the slayer. Cry and howl, son of man: for it shall be upon My people, it shall be upon all the princes of Israel: terrors by reason of the sword shall be upon My people: smite therefore upon thy thigh. Because it is a trial, and what if the sword contemn even the rod? It shall be no more, saith the Lord GOD. Thou therefore, son of man, prophesy, and smite thine hands together, and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the slain: it is the sword of the great men that are slain, which entereth into their privy chambers." Ezekiel 21:9-14

Greetings, friends! Peace be with you throughout this day...and that it will be to those who follow in that light which Jesus Christ has given us. And indeed, you will have much more than peace. You will even have success and happiness, if you have and use the Keys to the Kingdom – I mean the Keys to that Kingdom which Jesus Christ established for earthlings here and now.

Jesus said: "I am the Light of the world: he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life" (Jn. 8:12).

In my last message I showed how even this simple saying reduces to a prophecy of great importance, and has a time measure included. This, I showed you, measured into 1936 of our present era when a new cycle commenced. We know that at the age of 12 Jesus was found in the Temple disputing with the doctors of the law. You saw how those 12 years added to 1936 took us into the summer of 1948, when the Jews were reestablished as a nation in Palestine. After 19 centuries in the wilderness of Gentile nations without a homeland, should not their reestablishment in the land of their fathers have spoken with might and in words of great wisdom? That was a parallel to Jesus' disputing with the theologians of His day.

Our Lord lived in this world and wrought for the present moment; and before He left He superimposed upon this world His spiritual Kingdom, giving us the Keys thereto that, in substance, we might enjoy its fruits here and now.

Frequently I have shared that God works according to a pattern. We have but to look at patterns as wrought in the past in order to know what to expect in the future. You have seen how the cycle ran its course, and a new one commenced in the year 1936 of our era. It was in the fall of 1935 that Benito Mussolini sent his armies into Ethiopia. Then were heard the ominous rumblings of thunder on the world horizon. In 1936 trouble exploded in Palestine, which led to the British deciding to clear out of the hornet's nest, which in turn opened the way for the Jews to become a nation once more in the homeland of their fathers – and that took place in the summer of 1948. In 1937, a civil war opened in Spain, which gave the Big Powers a chance to try out their engines of war. World troubles increased until the 1st of September, l939, when Hitler opened World War II.

About 20 centuries ago, the shepherds watching their flocks by night saw the heavens light up with the glory of the angelic host, who brought them happy tidings of wonderfully good things. Thirty-three-and-a-half years later the glory of that Light set on the Cross of Calvary. Shortly, darkness engulfed the world and men fell asleep. But due to the cycle of God's manifestation to man, exactly on time, which was the spring of 1936, God commenced giving me a series of revelations which have continued ever since. These multitudinous revelations have enabled me to write well over 100 books and lessons, besides much other current literature. I have been enabled through these revelations to make the Bible live and talk. And now, at long last, the principles to the Keys to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ have been made available so that no one needs to walk in darkness, but with opened eyes may follow the Lord in the glory of His light.

We are told how the first miracle that Jesus wrought was at a marriage in Cana of Galilee when He converted the water to wine. And that is precisely what will take place again at His soon return to earth. Galilee is a symbol of the world, and Cana means "a lowland," and hence is a symbol of humble people. His meek and humble ones have been waiting, ever since His departure into heaven, to be called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And then will He also get married to His chosen people on earth, that on earth it may be the same as in heaven. For, that was even the Lord's prayer when He said to the Father, "Thy Will be done in earth, as it is in heaven" (Matt. 6:10). That is one of those mysteries which people have not understood – that God is going to conform things on earth to agree with the things in heaven. That is why there will be an earthly bride as well as a spiritual bride – one abiding on earth, the other in the heavenlies.

Just previously I showed how when the cycle had run its course, world troubles commenced on a titanic scale. Maybe you cannot see the connection between that and the birth of Jesus Christ into the world. But our great God has a Kingdom to be set up: that is why He must "clean house" to make it possible for the Kingdom to be established. So long as the world overflows with wicked people, just that long will it be impossible for God to establish His Kingdom on earth. World War II got rid of much rubbish, but the far greater work that it accomplished was the preparation of the ground, so to speak, which will make it possible for the titanic conflict of the ages to come upon us not too many years hence. Even the atom bomb had to be perfected for mass destruction. Maybe to you that is not a bright picture. Yet bear in mind that the blackness of night must pass before the glorious daybreak can arise. Twice are we told that our Lord cleaned out the Temple in the days of His flesh: the first time in commencing His ministry (Jn. 2:13-16), and the last time at the conclusion of His ministry (Matt. 21:12-13; Mk. 11:15-17). The first housecleaning He made was prophetic for His Own people, how they would be driven out of their land and spend nearly two millennia in Gentile territories. The final housecleaning was prophetic of that which now lies just ahead of us, previous to His establishment of the Kingdom on earth.

We have seen World War I and we have seen World War II. People keep praying that World War III may never come; that is understandable – no right-thinking person wants to see war; but in the wisdom of God and through His prophetic Spirit was it written that the third time His sword shall be doubled (Ezek. 21:14). That means World War III is a must according to the judgment of God; and when it comes, its severity shall be at least twice that of what we have seen in the past. But those who have the Keys to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ for the here and now will live without fear, because the light and power of His Kingdom constitutes an absolute protection. That may seem like a mystery to many, but it is in the power of our Lord to fully keep and preserve those who are His and who, by means of the Keys, have entered into His spiritual Kingdom.

One of the great prophecies for our time was wrought out by the Lord when He raised Lazarus from the dead. If you have not read the book on the raising of Lazarus (Lazarus, Come Forth!), it is available from our Store. Signs in the Moon and Mars is another one which will open your eyes as few things have ever done. It is not merely in the Bible that we find prophecy, but prophecy is being wrought out in these days by His people, in order that the people may fully understand and be warned in time. And again, He spoke to me on June 22nd, 1965, saying, "Call My people together"; and after a brief pause repeated for emphasis, "Call My people together." Have you heard His call? I pray you will before it is too late.

In my previous message you were shown that what might be considered as His simplest words, constituted prophecy to span the entire Christian era. And you were also shown the proof that Jesus of Nazareth was the Christ of God, by the very fact that those nations who accepted His light became the greatest nations of the world – even of history – with reference to all matters which truly count. Therefore, it follows as certainly as daylight does the rising sun, that it is going to be with the individual, or unto the individual, the same as unto the nations. By this I simply mean that since nations who accepted Christ have become great, so also will the individual who accepts Christ. Since Christian nations have accepted Him only in a small measure and still become the world's greatest nations, so similarly with the individual: accept Him in the fullness of measure and then shall the greatness you achieve not be measured in standards common to man!

That is the great truth and happy news I am trying to bring to the people, that the Christ of God wrought a completed work of atonement on the Cross of Calvary, which, unfortunately, has only been accepted in a very small measure. Man keeps harping about his soul and a future life, neither of which he knows the slightest about, while fully ignoring the physical body and the earthly life. So soon as the Christian recognizes that the redemptive work on Calvary was a completed work for man's entire being here and now, then does his life take on a transformation. And if he will commence using the Keys to the Kingdom of God for the here and now, then does his success and happiness grow by leaps and bounds! For, Christ the Lord is still our mighty God and ever-present Deliverer: Christ lives in the present and deals with this moment!

Did you ever stop to reflect on the fact that Christ did not say He was the light for man's soul? Neither that He constituted the light in some spiritual world? No, beloved, Jesus was a Man in this world, and stated emphatically in the clearest of words that while He was in this world He constituted its Light. And this He followed by saying that whosoever would follow Him should walk in that light and not stumble. Look about upon the world which is full of sickness, misery and tragedy. Yes, it is full of crime, grief and sorrow; how can we say that such people have not stumbled? Can we say that such have walked in the light of Christ? Wherever Jesus Christ met face to face with sickness or death, He dealt with that situation then and there. Similarly does His Spirit now, for those who have fully accepted Him, whose eyes have been opened to see, and who then "follow Him in the way." And if you have and use the Keys to the Kingdom of God for the here and now, then does your life take on the lot of the doubly blessed.

You dear brainwashed Christians who believe that the work on Calvary was confined to the good of your soul for a future life, I wonder if you have ever stopped to think about the 21st chapter of the Book of Revelation? I would like to quote verses 2-4 and 24:

"And I John saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honor into it."

Did you never stop to think that here in the very plainest of words we are told that the Holy City descends out of Heaven unto EARTH, and that the nations and kings of EARTH shall bring their glory and honor into it? Why oh WHY, yes, ten thousand times WHY, is the Holy City going to descend to earth, when God shall do away with all sorrow, and pain and death as well? IF the work of Christ was but for the SOUL of man, then why should not the Holy City remain in the Heavenlies? WHY again come back to earth IF His work was purely for the soul of man and a heavenly life?

You see, beloved, wherever we turn, wherever we look in the Sacred Word, there is the indisputable testimony that the work which Christ wrought was for earthlings. While the final and glorious consummation of all His work will conclude right here on earth.

HEAR The Voice of Tomorrow: when the Holy City descends to earth, then do people bring their glory and honor into it. THAT is what I am perpetually trying to put across to you: that when you use the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven for your HERE and NOW, then will you soon commence to honor and glorify that Kingdom. Do sickness, misery, failure, unhappiness and tragedy, "glorify" or "honor" God or His holy city? We are no honor to God, neither do we glorify Him, unless or until we live as the sons and daughters of Jesus Christ. Can you possibly imagine the children of Jesus Christ – the Son of the Living God – to be crippled with disease, full of misery and failure, or to possibly die from cancer or heart-failure before middle age? Such thoughts are preposterous!

Yes, beloved: the very consummation of God's work will conclude right here on this earth, and that in such glorious fullness that there shall be no more sorrow nor suffering, neither ever any pain, while death shall become totally UNknown!

Yes, we have a "soul," but the churches' perpetual harping about it is founded in the mistranslations, and an almost completely false understanding of the original Scriptures. In nearly every place the word "soul" was originally used to denote the sentient being (the objectively conscious man), rather than something with wings to fly away after death.

THAT is what Paul meant when he wrote that we were to work out our "salvation" – here and now (Phil. 2:12).

So, be up and at it!
