"Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30

Greetings, friends, and may the beauty and brightness of the Lord's face shine into your life this day; and indeed it will unto all who have been born into the kingdom of Jesus Christ!

"The kingdom of Jesus Christ" is an expression often misunderstood, or, at the best, understood only in part. Did you ever hear that the kingdom of our Lord is something for the here and for the now? Yes indeed, for earthlings right here and now! Because people do not know this, they live in the kingdom of Lucifer and are harassed by Lucifer (commonly called the Devil). That is why their lives are so full of grief and difficulties. They have never heard that Christ's atoning work on Calvary was for the here and now; they have always heard that it was for another world in the sweet by and by, sometime after one is dead. How unrealistic Christendom has been! But that very sad fact the Lord Jesus Christ foretold when speaking of the Christian era inaugurating, saying, "while men slept an enemy would sow the tares." Isn't it common for us to sleep during the night? And concerning that, Jesus said that while He was in the world He was the Light of the world; but, He added, night would come when no one could work. That was the prophetic statement of the conditions which were soon to engulf the world, that after the glorious light of His Own sun had set on the Cross of Calvary, night commenced to steal over the world. And, when the Apostles fell asleep, a thick, groping darkness took possession, and has continued into this very day.

I wonder how many of you who encounter these messages have ever heard a sermon preached on this particular text, being the words of the Lord Jesus Christ: "When the Son of man returneth will He find faith on earth" (Lk. 18:8)? I never have, during the days of my regular church attendance, and I wouldn't be surprised if none of you ever heard such a sermon. But let me quote to you the correct translation of the original Greek, which reads as follows: "When the Son of man has returned, indeed will He find THE faith on earth?" Carefully observe our definite article "the" precedes the word faith. In other words, He wasn't talking merely of some sort of faith, but of THE faith which, manifestly, was that faith which He delivered to the Apostles. But because that "night" was about to close upon the world and men fall asleep, then, under cover of darkness, the enemy stole in and sowed the false teachings into the hearts of men. Therefore have we today multitudinous sects, creeds and denominations, as well as countless "cults," all claiming to have THE TRUE WORD OF GOD. And indeed, most devout Christians are fully persuaded that their faith is THE true faith.

But my dearly beloved, I ask you in all sincerity: if you and multitudes of others, belonging to the same faith or church, have the true faith, then what are you going to do with those words of the Lord? For, His all-seeing eye scanned the vista of ages into this very day and of His soon return. And, He viewed the horrible babble of tongues and took stock of the existing situation of "humbug" and half-truths and particle-truths which people were to be found believing. Therefore, He voiced His dismay in those very words, "...When the Son of man has come, indeed, shall He find THE faith on earth?" I repeat my question to you: what are you going to do with those words delivered by our Lord? Because of the serious weight of His words, I counsel you to take fresh stock of your faith, and to look with me at the words of light and life as spoken by our Lord and Saviour, even by Jesus Christ.

The Jews of Jesus' day were looking for the establishment of the kingdom of God upon earth then. The Prophets of old had in rapture spoken of the glorious days, when the Messiah of God would be the ruler of the people. So in the days of Jesus, the people were almost atremble, knowing that they were living in the very days that the Messiah should appear in their midst (Lk. 3:15, 2:38). Naturally, they expected Him to reestablish the supremacy of Israel and create them THE nation of the world.

When the Jews questioned Him about this kingdom, He said in the clearest of words that "the kingdom of God does not come by observation." Perhaps we would not use those precise words today in expressing the same thought, but in a more round-about way we would say that the kingdom of God is not an earthly order of things which will be instituted by some one person at a particular time, and obtain over a specified people in a certain land. Were it to come in such a way, then it would be a kingdom that could be observed; it could be seen and taken stock of; news reporters and newscasters would give us all kinds of detail as to precisely how the kingdom functioned and how the people lived under its rule. But the Lord said that the kingdom did not come by observation; in other words, it was not to be that class of a kingdom.

But just what did He say about the kingdom? He said that "...the kingdom of God is within you" (Lk. 17:21). Again let me remind you that He did not say that the kingdom of God is in the heavenlies; He did not say that the kingdom of God is in a spiritual world; He did not say that the kingdom of God is something you must wait for until sometime after you are dead! But in His answering that the kingdom of God is within you, He simply meant that one and only thing which His words could possibly mean: namely, that the kingdom of God is an inner state of mind and spirit which a person establishes for himself here and now, while he is a living human being. Unless you take leave of your senses, you cannot get any other meaning out of His words. I also state emphatically that I have carefully checked into the original Greek texts and find that in this particular instance the English rendering is quite correct, namely, that "...the kingdom of God is within you" (Lk. 17:21).

Bear in mind that when the Lord opened His ministry, both personally as well as a little later through His Apostles whom He sent preaching, the basic and first statement was, "Repent, for the kingdom of God has come nigh (or, close unto) you" (Matt. 4:17; Mk. 1:14-15; Lk. 10:1,9).

If you will carefully consider those words, you will realize immediately that they are in perfect agreement with that which I have just stated – that the kingdom of God is an inner mental and spiritual estate which you and I can arrive at, so soon as we come into an understanding of His basic teachings and commence to apply the glorious truths of God, for our here and for our now.

What is a kingdom? It is the reign of a king, or one supreme ruler over many subjects. It wouldn't necessarily be many subjects, it could even be one only, although that is not the condition as we have seen it in the world. The intrinsic meaning of the word is rulership, by one supreme authority. Consider then the words of the Lord Jesus, wherein He said, "...The words that I speak unto you, I speak not of Myself, but the Father that dwelleth in Me, He doeth the works" (Jn. 14:10). And on numerous other occasions He said words which meant precisely the same; that is, that all that He did, and all that He spoke, were not thoughts, ideas and decisions that the Man Jesus had made, but rather that His every word and deed were the fullness of the Heavenly Father's Will. In other words, Jesus the Nazarene had fully submitted Himself to the Will of God over that required period of time, which enabled Him to fully enter into the perfect Will of God in Heaven. Therefore was Jesus the Nazarene a perfect Subject of God Almighty, being ruled over by the Will of God. Therefore did Jesus say that the "kingdom of God has come nigh unto you." He simply meant that God Almighty ruled completely over Him, and that He was the happy Subject of God's Will. Therefore did He say quite truthfully that the kingdom of God had come nigh unto them – by which He meant that He was the perfect Subject and God in Heaven was the King, and that He did the absolute and perfect Will of the King in Heaven.

Therefore, so soon as you or I decide that we are going to be 100% subject to the Will of God, instead of our own personal wills and ideas, then do we commence to live accordingly; then are we not only the children of God, Who is our absolute Keeper, but we are the subjects of God, Who is our reigning Monarch, and the kingdom of God has then commenced for that person. When a great number of individuals enter into that same estate of being, then does the kingdom of God rule over that group, or that community or that town or that country.

Jesus looked out upon the people of His day and saw their careworn faces; He looked into their souls of grief and to their shoulders weighted down with heavy burdens. He was a Man of deep compassion, and so He was moved by their life of grief and worry, of toil and oppression. So He said to them,

"Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in the heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30

Consider my word, for it is the true Voice of Tomorrow. I want every one of you who encounters these messages, to understand once and for all that Jesus, the Son of God, went to Calvary's Cross to make it possible for us here and now to enter into this kingdom of God right at this very moment, and to commence living a happy, carefree life, overflowing with joy, as the lot of the true children of God.

What did Jesus mean by saying that His yoke was easy? The yoke was an instrument by which two animals were hitched together, in order to pull a load or to do some work. The people of His day understood that language. He simply meant that if they were to team up with Him, they would find that His expectations were few and simple, and that the burden, or load they had to pull or carry, was indeed a light one. That is the joyous news that I bring you: there is no need to work like a fool and a slave from early morning into the night, fretting ourselves as to how we are going to make ends meet. That is all for the citizen of Lucifer's kingdom, but not for the kingdom of Jesus Christ. And if you have not been reborn into the kingdom of Jesus Christ, it is high time that you enter into that joyous experience. It is indeed a simple one. And the results are tremendously happy. In fact, that one step of your life you will live to always bless, and rejoice without ceasing.

The kingdom of Jesus Christ is for the here and for the now. That is why He called to the ones in grief and weighted under heavy burdens. He asked them to come unto Him, and to take His yoke upon themselves. That is, to become hitched unto Him, in order that they might start laughing and start singing – that they might enter into a joy which cannot be fully expressed in words. That is why I have written a great number of small books to set forth the basic laws of the kingdom, and how we can be born into this kingdom of Jesus Christ for the here and for the now. In my last message I couldn't squeeze in all of the prophecy I had in mind, so may I remind you in this message how I showed the age of Levi – father of the Levitical priesthood – to have been prophetic for the duration of the Law and the priesthood. He died at the age of 137, which, when raised to the power of the nation by multiplying by 10, yields 1,370 as the era of Law. This I showed you computed evenly to the time of Calvary's Cross, with but an odd few years' discrepancy, depending on whose chronology we use. That was God's way of proving Himself unto the people, as well as showing that Jesus was the true Son of God.

Yet we should not "limit the Holy One of Israel." I showed you how there were 1,333 years from the Law unto the birth of Jesus, to which we added 313 years until the Gentiles received Christ. That amounts to 1,646 to 1,647 years. And I suggested you remember that number.

So, once more we look. The age of Levi was 137 years, which we multiply by 12, being Israel's number. That yields 1,644 years, or within 2 to 3 years of the previous equation. THAT was the utmost limit of Israel's leadership in matters of Law and religion; for, when that era expired, Rome took the spotlight when it adopted Christ for its guiding Star. And indeed, His LIGHT has lightened the Gentiles so that they could become the leading nations of the world – in fact, so far ahead of nonChristian nations that there is no real comparison in modern history.

If we seek a finer precision in our prophetic measures, we must go to the Great Pyramid of Gizeh. Instead of the round figure system used in the Bible, the Great Pyramid of Gizeh gives the fine fractions. In this case it shows Levi's age to have been 137.37 years, and applicable both to the Jews as well as the Gentiles. With the added fraction multiplied by Israel's number, that gives us 1,648 1/2 years. Those few extra years took us into the very last years of the 1960's, when the Old City of Jerusalem was captured by the Israelis in the 1967 "Six Day War." Then was Jerusalem declared the united capital of the reborn state of Israel, and the "times of the Gentiles" began to come to an end.
