II Corinthians 4:5-7

"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me." Revelation 3:20

"Then touched He their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you." Matthew 9:29

"And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven…." Matthew 16:18-19

"But He turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind Me, Satan: thou art an offence unto Me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men." Matthew 16:23

Greetings, friends! I trust you will take a tip from me this morning: open your mind to let the light of Christ our Lord SHINE IN, and you will find this day to become a most marvelous day for you.

If you have your Bible convenient to hand, it would be well to open it to the 3rd chapter of Revelation, from which I am going to read one verse to you shortly. Now for a long time I have been talking to you about the Kingdom of God for the HERE and for our NOW. And just of late, especially about the Kingdom KEYS. Any kingdom as full of treasure as is the Kingdom of God, would have a massive portal as its entry, and a very special KEY or keys, to open the lock. Specifically did our Lord speak to Peter about the Keys to the Kingdom.

Now if you will turn to the 3rd Chapter of Revelation, we will read the 20th verse: "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock; if anyone hears My Voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me."

I believe that the opening part of that verse is generally understood, and correctly enough, that the door which is here referred to is the door of one's own heart; that if a person hears the call of the Savior, and opens the door of one's heart, the Lord will come in and have fellowship with that person.

But I cease not to warn you that in order to understand the words of our Lord, we must watch them very carefully, and see to that we understand every word used. Here, this word "sup," is one which plenty of people do not understand. It is a shortened form for, "I will have supper." Also, the word "supper" is not clearly understood by many people. However, I find that in this instance, the Greek deipnou has been mistranslated. It should have been rendered "dinner." Supper means the last meal of the day, while dinner is the MAIN meal of the day. And that is what here is referred to by the Greek word: the CHIEF meal of the day.

In order that you may carefully observe the wording, I again repeat His last statement: "I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me." There we observe two separate statements: action on the part of the Christ, followed by action on the part of the receiving host. Now, IF one opens the door of one's heart for the Lord, the Lord promises to come in, and to take with him His chief meal of the day.

Bear in mind that in all matters, the Lord is preeminent: the Lord comes first. To eat or dine with another implies fellowship. The Lord can have no fellowship with anyone unless or until that heart has been yielded to Christ our Lord. Before it can be properly yielded, or, should we say, at the moment that it is fully yielded to Christ the Lord, that constitutes what in other places is referred to as the New Birth, or, as the Lord said to Nicodemus, "Ye must be generated anew" (Jn. 3:7). That, then, becomes the Lord's partaking of the main meal of the day with that one person.

Unfortunately as yet, I have never heard a sermon preached on this particular text, which did not stop right there: that is, the Lord having had His meal with the person. But that is because Christendom has been brainwashed – so to speak. And that – unfortunately – includes the theologians as well. Because they have been brainwashed with false teachings, they pass on the brainwashings to the congregations.

What I want to draw to your attention here is that last phrase: "...and he with Me." That is, he will dine with the Christ: the person to take his main meal of the day with the Christ.

Here, then, we have two separate actions clearly stated. When the Lord comes in to dine with the person, it is that person who has prepared that which the Lord receives, namely, that love and goodness and devotion which wells up within the person's heart when the Presence of the Lord has been permitted to approach. But when the other person is going to dine with the Lord, the situation has been reversed: it is then the Lord Who is the Host and the person the guest.

Where our theologians have fallen down is in the sad fact that they have assumed that when one person dines with another, that other person is dining with the first one. THAT is a self-evident fact: it cannot be argued. But are we here to imply that the Lord thought He was speaking to people so dumb that they would not be aware of this fact? For, if we assume that He meant that when He the Lord was dining with the other person, THAT person would be dining with Him, then we imply that the Lord was here making a repetition, for the simple reason that He believed the hearer or the reader to be so dumb that he wouldn't understand that fact. Yet I do not believe that we can find justification in Scripture to impute that to the Lord.

Therefore we are here forced to conclude that the Lord made two statements: of His coming in to dine with the other person, and, as a result, the Lord would be so pleased and gracious that He in return would make it possible for the other person to dine with the Lord; that is, making the Lord the Host, with the other person the guest.

That is what I have been talking to you about a great number of times – that the Lord has a Kingdom which is packed with treasure; and, that those who have the Keys to the Kingdom are in a position to partake of the treasures of the Kingdom of the Lord.

I do not wish to imply that the only treasures available for the Christian, with the Keys to the Kingdom, are those of success and happiness here and now. For indeed, the Kingdom of Heaven overflows with rare treasure of multitudinous variety. But I do state emphatically that the belief common to Christendom, which postpones all the goodness of God's Kingdom for an UNcertain tomorrow after one is dead, is nothing but the interpretation which Lucifer has given to HIDE the glorious truths of God, in order to retain the believer in the complete power of the Devil!

I am well aware that there are treasures of SPIRIT which far surpass in value the things of this material world, yet that gives us no justification to claim that all the promises of the Christ are for some UNknown day AFTER a person has died. As for instance, here in the verse 20 which I have just quoted, there is no mention of death: He simply states immediately "...AND he with Me." Now I believe that most Christian believers would be willing to admit that the Lord was an honest Man: that He said what He meant and that He meant what He said. Therefore, IF He had meant that it would be after the person had died, then He would have been bound by the spirit of honesty to have stated simply: "And that AFTER you are dead, you will sup with Me." But NO! The Lord lived in the HERE, and wrought for our NOW.

Look upon the ministry of the Lord: He trudged the dusty roads and paths of cobblestone in Palestine to minister to those in darkness and with heavy burdens. Why, oh WHY, didn't He say to the lepers, "Abide in patience: you will get CLEAN – in the sweet by-and-by"? Or WHY didn't He say to the paralytics, "Be of good cheer: your paralysis is only in your physical body; after you are dead you will shed that body and you will be FREE like the birds of the air"? Or why didn't He say to the blind, "Rejoice that you are not able to see how sick and miserable your fellowman is today! Just be patient a little while longer until you are DEAD, then with the eyes of spirit you will see everything clearly"? Ten thousand times would I like to tell you: the Christ lived in our HERE, and wrought for our TODAY. Not merely for some mystical, INNER estate of being, but also for the objective consciousness and the physical body and material fortunes, for our HERE and in our NOW. That is why He said to the sick, "According to your faith – be it done unto you." Not in the sweet by-and-by, but in the present world for this immediate moment did He command the blind to see, the deaf to hear, the lame to walk, the paralytics to come back into action, and the dead to rise up to LIVE and to serve the Everlasting God.

No doubt you have heard a great deal about the Keys to the Kingdom delivered to Peter; and you have been told and given to believe that Peter was the only one who had them, and that – perhaps – he handed them down to his successor – assuming, of course, that you belong to some church which teaches that. Yet this I declare to you in all sincerity, that IF the Lord handed the Keys to Peter, and to him exclusively, and that no one else than Peter could use them, then was that a very minor deed and of little consequence. For, so soon as the welfare of humanity is turned over to the power of one weak and foolish mortal, then is there a sad situation indeed.

I wonder how many of you have carefully read Matthew 16, which gives us the account of the conversation between the Lord and His disciples at the time that He promised the Keys unto Peter? Although we are not told so in that many words, it is difficult to believe that the other side of the story, which commences in verse 21, did not take place on the same day or immediately thereafter. Here we are told how the Lord made it clear to the disciples that He would be delivered to the Gentiles and killed. Then Peter commenced to rebuke the Lord for entertaining such thoughts. Then it was that the Lord named Peter a "satan," and told him to "Get...behind Me…." Peter had become an offence unto Him.

I wonder how many of you have read John 14:12-13? Let me quote them to you:

"Verily, verily I say unto you, he that believeth into Me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto My Father. And whatsoever you shall ask in My Name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."

I trust you have observed that promise was not given to Peter, but to anyone and to everyone who comes within the conditions He stipulated. And I also trust you observe that He did not say that whatsoever they might ask they would receive after they died! Our wonderful Lord lived in the HERE and wrought for our NOW. And THAT is the wonderfully happy tidings of good things that I have for you, that there are KEYS to the Kingdom of God right here and now, for whomsoever wishes to partake of the goodness that God had prepared for those who love Him. And as I have told you of late, He has revealed to me the secret of these Keys, that they may be used by you or by whomever makes up one's mind to do so, right here and now.

The Keys are twofold: they consist of knowledge, or understanding of the Truth, and of certain requirements; and secondly: they are material Keys – very tangible Keys, that you can see and feel and handle – which you must use. Get a quick start on the road to the enjoyment of the Kingdom treasures here and now, by ordering Kingdom Keys #1. When these complete keys you have, and faithfully use, I am convinced that within the period of 40 days, you will have observed such a tremendous difference in both your inner and outer life, that you will be well persuaded of the reality and of the tremendous value of the Keys to the Kingdom. If you could only see that multitude of letters I receive regularly which testify to transformed lives right here and now, and how almost unbelievable difficulties have been overcome swiftly, you would realize that HERE – at long last – there is really something of amazing value to be had.

Again I remind you that in the Garden the EARTHLY pair sinned, and in the flesh they received the curse, as well as upon their labors. But WAIT! In I John 3:8 we are told that "the Son of God was manifest in the flesh to destroy the works of the Devil." IF He did, then are we FREE! Why shouldn't we start singing and shouting and laughing? The curse has been abolished: it was even nailed to the cursed tree, and Christ our Lord has set us FREE in the HERE and for our NOW, time without end!

In all sincerity I advise you to immediately announce your application for citizenship in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. And to help you get away to a wonderful start – which you will never forget – TODAY make up your mind that henceforth you will live as a law-abiding citizen of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, instead of kowtowing to Lucifer. THEN use the "keys" unto the transformation of your entire life, that your joys may be full – and running over.
