II Corinthians 4:5-7

"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"And to stand every morning to thank and praise the LORD, and likewise at even." I Chronicles 23:30

You want peace, peace that is beautiful and serene: peace that mirrors the beauties of Jesus Christ and peace that cannot be put into words; that peace which seems to be life itself: even the very "soul" of God? Then praise Him! Not merely for the abundance He has given you, not only for the joys and blessings, but very especially for every sting of His tear-drenched rod which has cut into your carnal flesh. Praise Him in the morning, praise Him throughout the morning, embrace Him at noon day, gurgle your delight through the afternoon, then at the close of day you should fall down before Him with a song of praise reverberating His Throne Room. Then shall He appoint you rulership over "Jerusalem," and your peace shall daily flow as the mightiest of rivers. Of the foregoing I have told you several times, yet I repeat it with all the emphasis I can command, and yield it up to you as one of the greatest secrets unto the Kingdom Here and Now!
