II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you." I Peter 5:6-7
Whatever the occasion, no matter how trivial, turn it over completely to the presence and the power of our Lord and Savior, Who lives in this moment; Who is the absolute King of that spiritual kingdom He superimposed upon this world before His departure to the Heavenly Throne. When once we have been born into the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, and live as His sons and daughters, then I can assure you with all that within me is, that no hour or situation can possibly come upon us which Christ our Lord does not hold in the palm of His Hand, and can fully control to your complete rejoicing.
