II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat." Matthew 7:13
"Enter in at the strait gate," for the multitudes are on the broad way. Jesus Christ is that cramped gate – unto life. Even progressively true is that for whomsoever aspires to the summit. When the lifeseed (I Pet. 1:23) is channeled through the cramped gate into the narrow way, then is it for the kingdom of God – even for a treasure in the Heavenlies which earns great dividends.
