II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"And they came to Jericho: and as He went out of Jericho with His disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son
of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.
And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me.
And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me."
Mark 10:46-48
Is it – YOU – my friend, who is BLIND Bartimaeus on the outskirts of this world's MOON-city where Lucifer's university has been in full command. But hark! `Tis the footsteps of the Son of God you hear approaching: HE has the power to open your eyes, in order that you may "follow Him in the way."
Can you not see and understand? YOU are to "follow Him in the way"! Did you ever hear, or read of anyone who "followed Him in the way" who was hobbling along on crutches, or who was blind and had to be led by another? Or who was paralyzed and had to be carried on a litter? Or who was bereaved and couldn't endure the burdens of life? Or whose every labor was a failure? NO! My friend: there just wasn't any such! Even at the night's end, after strenuous struggle with the nets and oars and not one fish caught, they needed but to HEAR the words of the Lord of Life, and immediately their nets were filled to overflowing (Lk. 5:5-7)!
