IF you mean business, then GET DOWN TO BUSINESS WITH GOD!
How much time do you spend in IDLE VISITING – idle chatter to wile away the time?... But comes the answer: "Oh, I just couldn't insult my friends and people!" You are not asked to INSULT them, yet GOD DOES NOT ARGUE! Either you RECEIVE HIS PLAN and CONFORM YOUR LIFE, or you remain in the EAST!... How often good Christians bemoan the fact that they are "doing all they can" and yet God won't meet with them!... God is not dickering to drive a deal with you! You come to His terms or you stay in the EAST! (Incidentally, the "land of Nod" where Cain went, means `exile and wandering'. And THAT is precisely WHERE still wanders the exiled human race in their SELF-WILLED estrangement from God.) How much of your time do you deliberately "kill"? AWAKE! Come to yourself! The MAKER of Heaven and earth does not meet with wishful thinkers! Behold THE PLAN in its first basic perspective: *BALANCE* and it's first chief KEY is * DIVISION.*
Division yields SEPARATION – CONFORM or you remain in the East! Get up half an hour or a whole hour earlier in the morning and get that EXTRA TIME WITH GOD (if your time is otherwise too crowded). Read your Bible; concentrate on the PROPHETS, the Psalms, the Gospels, and the Book of Revelation. (The "Epistles" are secondary, being but "commentaries.")
