II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"The voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land; The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away. O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely." Song of Solomon 2:8,10-14
For Him she waited, for this has she been tried and tested, for this most momentous of all hours has the maiden prayed. And, she hears the voice of her Beloved calling, it cut her being like a sword, severing the carnal from the spiritual; yet still in the body she shall arise, 144,000 strong, to be joined forever in mystic marriage to the very Son of God; Lord of earth and heaven, Monarch of the very universe!
Of this shall a thousand volumes be written, filled with song and verse, in vain (almost) effort to portray the enchantment of that day, when heaven stoops to kiss the earth, and earth her beautiful bosom yields to God. But who can portray the rapturous moment which 6 thousand years and more have been required to prepare? Who can graph in verse, or portray in melody that rapturous joy which shall inflood the very being of earth's most beautiful maiden, arising to meet her Lord?
