II Corinthians 4:5-7

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."
Meditation
"For Thou art my lamp, O LORD: and the LORD will lighten my darkness." II Samuel 22:29
APPLY these questions to yourself: Have YOU an oil-fire within which radiates a WARMTH unto others, drawing them into its comfort? Have YOU that OIL in your vessel which takes the friction out of life's pathway? Have YOU that Spirit-light of His OIL which illumines your way and keeps you from stumbling? Does the combined light of your own and of those with whom you have spiritual fellowship, constitute A BEACON which guides a stranger – rejoicing to your door?

Do you perceive the point? Can you grasp the tremendous; CAN YOU ASSIMILATE THE MIGHTY LESSON? IF you have accepted Christ, then ALL of that which is your life, or that which befalls you, IS PART AND PARCEL OF HIS UNBOUNDED LOVE TO YOU-WARD – BOTH "THE BITTER AS WELL AS THE SWEET"!
