II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33
It is recognized that the average Christian is not able to give himself 100% to Christ, for as yet he is too young. Yet that ideal orientation should be set as one's goal: that beauty unto which we aspire. For I am well convinced that when our heart is set on the treasure which is in Heaven, beholding it with singleness of vision, seeking first and perpetually the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, then does also fulfill for that person the Lord's promise that all the needful and good things of this earth will also be added to that person.
