II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."
July 23rd
"If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of Myself." John 7:17
Now, said He, IF someone desires to DO THE WILL OF GOD, he shall quickly learn as to whether or not "my teachings" are man-invented, or whether they have "come out of God" (Jn. 7:17).
THIS IS THAT which I have striven to clearly set forth in the TABRACANA teachings, that IF and WHEN our entire expressive life becomes A GLORIFICATION OF JESUS CHRIST, THEN OUR ENTIRE LIFE BECOMES TRANSFORMED! Grief and unhappiness vanish as does mist before a blazing sun; gloom gives place to JOY; sorrow to REJOICING, while misfortune is transformed INTO ABUNDANT BLESSING.
What! Know you not that the curse was decreed BECAUSE OF SIN? And more! Know you not that He came to abolish the works of the enemy AND DID FULLY FULFILL THE FATHER'S WILL (I Jn. 3:8)?
Therefore said the Christ, that IF this TRUTH you will enter into in PRACTICE (Gr. poiein = `make, create, produce, build or bring into fullness'), then shall you come to KNOW whence the teaching has its source. Manifestly, IF it is man-invented, then will its acceptance yield but the commonplace. While IF it is the VERY TRUTH OF GOD ALMIGHTY, then shall its acceptance yield results "out of this world"!
But mark this: I am not speaking of an INTELLECTUAL acceptance only. Admittedly, it must FIRST be an intellectual acceptance. But it must be taken into the very heart to SURGE OUT THROUGH THE VERY SOUL, COLORING THE ENTIRE LIFE WITH THE GLORY-HUED LIGHT WHICH HE IS.
