Has the devil got you going, coming, and staying? Is "Pilate" (carnal reasoning) "pilot-ing" you through a frantic life and into death? Is your material progress so all-important as you see it in this `moon city' of "Jericho's" distorted light, that you must walk o'er all – for whom He bled and died!

(1) HIS feet you help to pierce unto His death – that yours too may partake therein! (2) Is "ME and mine" in the life you lead so intent on assimilating all that you forget that "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God"? (3) Is that "law" in your heart by which you live but a legality (to stay out of jail); and a show of "religion" to take on prestige in the eyes of the world?.... If so, (2-3) then are you holding the spear which rends the side of our Savior, from which flow water (2) and blood (3)!

And what about your hands (4)? Are you so dull of understanding that you see but the material things which your hands can produce or procure? Is it the might of this world which holds you enthralled? Are the things you want to "do" with your hands so countless and all-consuming that you have neither time nor energy left for God?

Is carnal reasoning the usurping "pilot" of your daily life? While the god from the Pit your supreme inspiration? Is your "holy land" (the human terra firma wherein dwells the divine spirit) completely dominated by "Pilate," and in the relentless grip of Caesar (Lucifer)?

IF that be the case in your life, then are you following in the wickedness, error, and folly of the Jewish priesthood which crucified their Messiah; and you, like they shall be disgracefully driven out of your "holy land" to wander, suffer and wait upon God's grace to give you another chance.
