II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"…Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27
By those words He spoke of the ABSOLUTENESS of the power of that Life-SEED He was giving unto every hungering seeker and believer. Positively and emphatically under no circumstances (whatever they be) are we to be distressed, nor beside ourselves (to any degree). Because of His life-seed within, there is a "rapport": HE hears and is well able to answer even before the emergency takes place! Yet that doesn't mean that He will hear and cater to every wish, whim, and request. It is He Who knows what lessons and stresses are needful unto our growth and "perfection."
