II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"Because Thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise Thee." Psalm 63:3
If you oversleep in the morning, let not the day commence without having first spent a few moments before the face of your Father. Why should you not greet Him in a happy "Good morning, My Father"? (This is not an absolute must, but it helps you to cultivate the proper psychology.) Then, bow before Him to return thanks for the full restoration through sleep throughout the night; extend to Him your gratitude for the privilege of entering another day, in health, in strength, and well-being. Thereafter ask for the presence of His Spirit to lead and guide you throughout the entire day. Finally, commit the totality of your keeping for that day, in confidence, and with joy in your heart, knowing the loving Father shall lead you.
Howbeit, having done so, don't kid yourself that He will "wink" at deliberate wickedness on your part.
"You cannot serve God and mammon," said the Christ. You cannot have God's guidance and blessing upon your life if wickedness, or any form of evil dwells within your heart.
As the day progresses, repeatedly bring yourself back to the awareness that you are a spirit-child of your loving Father Who is in Heaven, but Who – in Spirit – is also with you perpetually here and now. When you have fully come into the awareness that you are His child, and He your wonderful Father, then have you a "hot-line" direct connection: you can keep talking to Him, He will hear and answer!
