FAITHFULNESS in following Him all the way ("I AM THE WAY") here on earth is the evidence He requires as the VISA into His Presence. I say, SHOUT ALOUD IN JOY OF HEART FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY ON EARTH AND FOR ALL OF ITS TESTINGS! Without them YOU HAVE NOTHING! And think not for a split moment that any long-robed parrot shall ever "pray you out" from anything hereafter, nor INTO anything! HERE on earth is YOUR chance! HERE is the PATH HE TROD which is THE WAY in which you must walk. HERE is where you can be helped by the prayers of the faithful, PROVIDING YOUR OWN HEART IS REPENTANT AND UPRIGHT. HERE is your probation for higher service; HERE are the cities and villages in which the measures of meal are being leavened until the work is complete and you stand within the Temple in His "CITY OF PEACE" (the meaning of "Jerusalem"). Wherefore – beloved – to the task bend your back, heaving to the tempo of the crackling whip in the hand of the House-"DESPOT." (The cup which My Father has given Me, SHALL I NOT DRINK IT?" – Jn. 18:11) OPEN your heart to the purging Truth that WHOM THE FATHER LOVES HE CORRECTS AND CHASTISES (Rev. 3:19)! WHO knows better than He, that through incessant toil shall your spirit-muscles flex and bulge, and your stubborn neck be suppled? Who knows better than He the "perfecting" power of life's countless TESTS and TRIALS? WHO are we to rebel at the TREASURES-IN-LOVE He has provided to hasten the day of our "perfection," preparing us for the greater glories? For, through these does He "come to KNOW us – whence we are": HOW we respond to the TESTS before us in the "wilderness" of this world!

Wherefore, REJOICE IN THE GLORIOUS CHALLENGE OF EVERY DAY!
