"When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are." Luke 13:25

Never forget that He (Jesus) is the "House-DESPOT" (the "master" word in the Greek is oikodespotes which means a `house-despot'). Observe: not a "despot," but a HOUSE-despot. INTO that house shall none enter who have not "toed the line." HERE on earth we are being tested. Through so-called death there is not the minutest iota of CHANGE in the inner being: only the garment of flesh is cast aside. Therefore, as you NOW are, so will you be hereafter. HERE is your "school of experience" in which you learn and are TESTED. Those who enter into the Temple with Him are also destined to enter into POWER: power so fearful and titanic that at a spoken word a vast mountain range can be dissolved into atomic dust. Should such power – and greater – be given to the indolent, the selfish; the semi-clean, hankering for the fleshpots of Egypt? Even you know better! Therefore is He a "house-DESPOT" where ABSOLUTE LAW REIGNS: where the slightest infraction thereof can never take place! Therefore the colossal value (to you) of the PRESENT MOMENT wherein is your glorious OPPORTUNITY to be TESTED and through its experience GROW. CHERISH this moment; shout aloud that yours is the privilege to daily cast out devils and fully cleanse the temple, PROVING yourself fit for the House-DESPOT'S use in the glories of His Everlasting Kingdom.

Behold on every hand where the kingdoms of this world are in turmoil and often overthrown BECAUSE OF SEDITION AND MISUSE OF AUTHORITY GRANTED SUBORDINATES. Therefore is He; therefore MUST He be a "despot" within His Own house. "Many are called but FEW are chosen."
