II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"...I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against Me." Numbers 14:27
Has your "soul been dried up in this wilderness"? Has your faith been so shallow that you have grumbled, and maybe like Israel of old spoken against your Minister or Leader, or even questioned God? See to it that you never forget that which happened to ALL those of age (when leaving Egypt) which murmured against their leader and questioned God ("Is the Lord among us?" – Ex. 17:7)! Among that vast multitude, only Joshua and Caleb (meaning `dog': the faithful follower), which never murmured nor complained, lived to enter the land promised unto the fathers (as a Firstfruits: Nisan 10)!!! And when the lusting ones yearned for a better table of eats – complaining unto Moses, God gave them so much more than they needed that THOUSANDS ATE THEMSELVES TO DEATH! Our wondrous Lord warned of the same:
"And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkeness, and cares of this life, and so that day came upon you unawares!" Luke 21:34
