II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at His holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy." Psalm 99:9
Years ago I heard a young couple sing: "Give the boy a chance." Could I sing, I would love to paraphrase that and sing it back to you: "Give GOD a chance." DOWNgrade your own ego: exalt the Christ instead. GIVE HIM A CHANCE by getting into the son/daughter relationship to the Father; then place the left hand over your mouth and the right hand in His. Then watch the clouds roll away, and the glory of His sunshine spread through your life.
