II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches." Revelation 2:29
6: Under this number we strive to overcome all worry or concern with reference to the earthly matters, whether such be in our today, or in some future tomorrow. "Take therefore no thought for the morrow..." (Matt. 6:34). According to the 6th injunction, we are not to kill. Why does man kill: to gain something for himself! The number 6 is also the number of man, therefore we are to give much thought to our fellow man, especially the blind, the sick, the poor, the needy, while the Christ went so far as to say that giving a cup of cold water to the thirsty would not be overlooked, but rewarded (Matt. 10:42).
7: In its most earthly sense, we must strive to be a perfect partner, be that in a business partnership or in the home and marriage. It also implies a correct, kindly, and honest relationship with all we contact. It also carries a far deeper significance, namely, the very Body of Jesus Christ. Concerning this, Paul wrote considerably. But as we strum its higher chords, we reach out in an earnest effort to help and hasten the perfecting of the Body of Jesus Christ. It is that "Body" which in Scripture is referred to as the Firstfruits, being 144,000 (Rev. 14:1-4).
