II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be My son." Revelation 21:7
What have you done with that light which was shed into your life? Has it netted good unto yourself, and maybe unto others? Have you turned the analytical searchlight of truth deep into yourself to search out failings, errors, self-will, and transgressions? If such you have found within, have you taken determined steps to eradicate the same, to the end that you might walk uprightly before God and commendably in His sight? Or maybe you have preferred to continue living in the delusion that because Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for your sins, you are at full liberty to carry on unconcernedly?
Or could it be that you have glossed over the messages given by the Glorified One through John the Revelator unto the seven churches – even those messages unto the seven churches as found in the 2nd and 3rd chapters? Do you know what they are without looking? Are you keenly aware that in every instance unto those seven churches, the Glorified One has given a promise unto the "overcomer"? That it is in fact the matter of overcoming which is emphasized and enlarged upon? Have you overlooked or perhaps carelessly forgotten such parts as wherein He said, "Thou has a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white: for they are worthy"! (Rev. 3:4)?
Bear in mind that the membership of all those seven churches was supposed to be made up of born again Christians, and perhaps a high percentage of them Spirit Baptized! Therefore see to it that you take those words to heart!
