II Corinthians 4:5-7
"For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"And He said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables? The sower soweth the word." Mark 4:13-14
This simple Truth have I repeatedly stressed: THE FRUITS ARE REAPED WHERE THE SEED IS SOWN. By Mark 4:15 we are shown how THE HUMAN HEART is the soil which received the good seed. THERE in the human heart it may be snatched away by Satan; it may be choked out by the stress and cares of this world, or it may be watered by the soul, watched over by the spirit and warmed by His love, until from the HUMAN HEART flourish in abundance THE FRUITS of His Spirit: patience, goodness, kindness, mercy, and LOVE; and whatsoever ennobles man and glorifies God....
